Q: How long does an order take to process?
A: Orders may takes 1-3 days to process before shipping unless otherwise stated in item description.
Q: Where is my order?
A: You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can email us with your order number to check status if you haven't received email within 3 business days. 

RETURN POLICY

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. 

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

SHIPPING

Yes Queen, I know how you feel! As soon as you press the "confirm order" button you're already searching for a tracking number so you can slay in your 713 fit. Here at Seven Thirteen we ask for 3-4 days for processing and your item will be shipped via USPS priority mail

After processing time, your order will ship and you will be emailed your tracking number. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We don't know where you live therefore we can't be responsible for your address mistake. 

Once the order has shipped and it is in USPS possession, we are no longer responsible for that package. If there is some issue with being delivered to the wrong address or being lost; you will need to file a claim with USPS.
